Terms and Conditions
At the time of booking, 50% of the payable amount is required as a non refundable deposit.
The Balance is payable 2 months prior to the commencement date of the booking.
Full payments in advance will attract a discount of 10%.
We strongly advise that you purchase holiday insurance which covers you for cancellations, personal property and money.
We cannot be held liable for any such loses whilst using our facilities.
In the unlikely event that booked accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given as we cannot offer alternative accommodation.
We would like our caravan to be used by families or couples and as such, we will not be in a position to accept bookings from same sex groups or unaccompanied teenagers.
Smoking is not permitted in the caravan, and we cannot accept pets.
The caravan must be left in the same clean and tidy condition in which it will be found at the start of the booking.
To give us sufficient time to ensure the caravan is ready for the next customer, it will only be available from 14:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Duvets and pillows cases are not provided.
